T series Brake chamber wheel cylinderCar brakes are divided into air brakes and hydraulic brakes.
air brake
1. The air brake consists of an air compressor (commonly known as an air pump), at least two air reservoirs, a brake master cylinder, a quick release valve for the front wheel, and a relay valve for the rear wheel. It consists of four brake cylinders, four adjustment backs, four cams, eight brake shoes and four brake hubs.
Hydraulic brake
2. The oil brake is composed of a brake master cylinder (hydraulic brake pump) and a brake oil storage tank.
Heavy-duty trucks use air brakes, while ordinary cars use oil brakes, so the car's brake master cylinder and brake cylinder are both hydraulic brake pumps. The brake cylinder (hydraulic brake pump) is an indispensable part of the braking system. When you step on the brake pedal during braking, the brake master cylinder sends brake fluid to each brake cylinder through the pipeline. The brake cylinder has a connecting rod that controls the brake shoes or brake pads. When braking, the brake fluid in the brake oil pipe pushes the connecting rod on the brake cylinder, causing the brake shoes to tighten the flange on the wheel to stop the wheel. The technical requirements for a car's brake cylinder are very high because it directly affects people's lives.
